Hi Paul

In the 1891 Census CD's Clinton Road, Mile End is given as
RG/310 Enumeration District/28

Hope this helps to find it.

Subject: [Lon] 1891 census - help with registration districts

I want to look up in the 1891 census for Mile End Old Town my wife's WALTERS
ancestors. The address in 1881 census was 93 Clinton Road. In 1872,
according
to a birth cert. they lived at # 53 (presume one of them could have been a
mistake). So I just want to quickly look at Clinton Road to see if they are
still there. The problem is there are an incredible 51 fiches, split up into
East and West and registration districts. How do I find out which reg.
district Clinton Road was in?

Any help would be gratefully received.

Paul
