Atranter is ususaaly an itinerant salesman of small wares (and buyer of
same, on the 'Ere Missus, you want to sell me that? I'll swap your ten
yards of lace for this fine lump of mouldy cheese, though I'm a fool to
meself, seeing as there's no demand .....
