The current service on the Internet is a "test service" and the PRO have
indicated such. The software engineers will need to take the system down for
fine tuning, from time to time, as they measure the impact of an ever
increasing demand.

I have been a severe critic of the totally inadequate initial release back
in January, but think that we have to give them a bit of time to get the new
release operating. Eight months of rewriting won't bring to light all the
problems that will be encountered.

Just give them a bit more time.
