I did not mean to imply that Category C did not
carry the same obligations as A or B, but that
there was another less 'stringent' category
whereby a person could BEGIN a One Name Study
without the level of information required for
entry into Categories A & B, but with the
intention of attaining that same information to
get to those levels.
