I have a mystery that I hope some of you may be able to help me with one way
or the other. Suggestions of where to go from here are appreciated. If I've
got the wrong list for this part of London Co, please let me know!

I am related to several families from England on my paternal side and my mom
has turned over quite a bit of English genealogy (mostly BKM and BDF) to me
spanning back to the 1700s. I'm new to genealogy and the problem is tracking
down my paternal grandmother's siblings and their descendants.

My great-grandfather, James READ (b 1863 Tingewick, BKM) - married Mary Ann
CLEAVER (of Leighton Buzzard, BDF) 1 Mar 1883 in Tingewick.

They had at least 5 children, the youngest being my paternal grandmother
Ellen READ. We knew she had siblings but didn't know their names until
recent access to the 1901 census. Ellen was a "war bride" - having met my
American grandfather (a Canadian soldier!) during WWI in England. He brought
her back to the US and they were married in Texas but she never talked much
about her family. My aunt just knows that she had some siblings but not the
names. She had a tough life here in the States - first in Oklahoma and then
California where the last 2 of her 4 children were born. She died when my
dad was only 16 and no one here had any contact with her family in England
(or even knew any names other than parent James and Mary Ann).

So, now we know that my dad has English first cousins they never knew about.
They are probably not alive as Ellen was the youngest; however, their
children may be. My dad would be thrilled to correspond with them and even
perhaps visit them.

Here is what I know and maybe you have some ideas of how I could try to find
Ellen READ's siblings' families? The family moved from Tingewick,
eventually to London:

So, it looks like after marrying in Tingewick and having their first child
there, they moved at least a couple of times (based on where the children are
listed as being born on the census. In 1901 they were living in Peckham for
the census.

My g-grandfather James READ is the son of Andrew READ and Caroline HOLTON of
Tingewick and I know he had a brother named George b 5 Feb 1860.

My g-grandmother Mary Ann CLEAVER is the daughter of Thomas CLEAVER (b abt
1834 to James CLEAVER and Sarah BEANS of Leighton Buzzard) and Caroline
WYBROW (b 22 Jun 1834 to William Henry WYBROW and Lydia CHURCH of Leighton
Buzzard).

Any thoughts on how I can find these sibs or their descendants since later
censuses aren't yet available?
