Hi Beth
most London hospitals issued a 'Year Book' which gave the names of the senior
staff and sometimes the housemen (interns to you). It is doubtful you would
find the names of nurses other than the Matron. Guys Hospital is bound to have
copies for that time.
You might be lucky and find that clinical records still exist for the
period and which might give you an address. These would probably be held at
the Public Record Office......now the National Archive.
