Hi list,
How is everyone on this wonderful day?
Just in reply to some lovely emails that I have received....
Thank you, to the people who have sent sincere emails,
as for the others like John B, I bite my tongue in my reply to you.
I am on a few mailing lists, and never have I seen such a response to
anyone.
I really thought that people with half a brain had more decency than to
treat people with such disrespect.
And John, no I dont know how big London is, or its population, and to be
honest, it doesnt really have a great impact on my everyday living.
I joined this mailing list, in hope of maybe finding out about London and
its population, but now, I dont think much of it at all.
I am 21 years old, and have only been researching my ancestry on and off for
a year, unlike some people who have gone great depths and researched for
many years, some people whose lives revolve around it.
I am in a state of shock and disbelief, that people can be so cruel and
rude.
I never asked for your help, and I wont ever ask for it again.
For the genuine people that were interested, I now have my information with
me, not just surnames:

BELLETTE:
John married Susanna BROWN in 1753 - St Leonards Church, Shoreditch, London
Their son, Jacob was born in 1762 - Webs Square, Shoreditch, London, he was
christened in St Leonards Church.
Jacob BELLETTE (also BILLETT, BELLETT) was transported to Australia as a
convict, sorry I dont have the year etc here with me.

BROWN:
Susanna BROWN married John BELLETTE in 1753 - St Leonards Church,
Shoreditch, London

BROWN:
Henry BROWN born circa 1798 in Middlesex was also transported to Australia
as a convict, again I dont have the dates etc with me, sorry. I think Henry
was transported on the "Dromedary"

I do not have a link between Susanna BROWN and Henry BROWN.

DIXON:
David was born in London, married in Australia in 1842. Sorry, no other
information.

ROBINSON:
James married Mary Ann PICKHAVER
Their son John was born 23 Septemeber 1839 in London.
He was christened on 3 January 1847 in St Nicholas Cole Abbey, London. (I
think)
Somehow after his birth and before his marriage, he came to Australia. He
married in 1888, before dying in 1890.

Anyone who has a genuine reply, I would love to hear from you.
As for those people who wish to ridicule me and discourage me, I would ask
that you keep you comments to yourself.

All the best,
Amanda
