Hi Tania

There's no online list, but the Royal Mail Heritage Centre at the back of Mount Pleasant Sorting Office does have the staff records available for searching. They recommend that you start with the pension records (so you would need to know when he was 65) and work your way backwards.

If you're visiting the FRC or the LMA, it's only a short walk - down Exmouth Market and go clockwise round Mount Pleasant, taking first turning on right.

Unfortunately I can't find the URL at the moment . . .
