I don't think that there can be a chargeable offense in this business. There was a firm operating out of the main terminal of Heathrow for at least ten years. The dodge could have been that they wanted the customer to point out which of quite a few choices was his or hers. They had a heraldry book with the names, and for each name there could easily be six Arms.

I remember that "Which?" magazine did a piece where they showed how inaccurate the Arms were.
