The period I am looking for is pre-1841 for 13 The Broadway, Blackfriars,
London.

The address is slightly sketchy as it is from a microfilmed application with
The New Zealand Company for the trip to Wellington, New Zealand in 1841. It
is quite hard to make out the house number.
