If you can tell me where you are, offline if you like, I can probably find
the book for you. It is in the Law Library of the University of Sydney and
in the State Library of NSW. If you go to the latter's catalogue from
http://www.sl.nsw.gov.au you will also find another short piece about Sir
William.
