I've tried looking for the options for a subscription to the 1841 census at
The Genealogist, but I'm a bit confused about which to choose. I really only
want to check one entry, in Arbour Square Stepney. It's for someone who was
a policeman and I suspect he may have been on duty on census night, as I've
found his wife and child but not him. When I look at the coverage for the
index to the 1841 census it seems to be incomplete. I imagine I'd need to
use the index to locate him as his name was Robert SMITH!!
Can anyone advise me on the best way to go about this?

Jeanette.
