David, both are/were in the City of London. St James Garlickhythe still
thrives, but St Mary Mounthaw was destroyed in the Great Fire and the parish
was united to St Mary Somerset (also now defunct). Records at Guildhall.
The Gendocs site -- a standard for information on City churches -- has
recently been taken down, but the data is accessible in archived form here
