I have found a Sarah White in the 1841 census of the right age - but
she is in the Shoreditch Workhouse

1841 England Census
about Sarah White
Name: Sarah White
Age: 11
Estimated birth year: abt 1830

Gender: Female

Civil parish: St Leonard Shoreditch
Hundred: Ossulstone (Tower Division)
County/Island: Middlesex
Country: England

Source information: HO107/705/8
Registration district: Shoreditch
Sub-registration district: Haggerston West
ED, institution, or vessel: Shoreditch Workhouse
Folio: 19
Page: 7 (click to see others on page)
Line number: 1

There are other WHITEs in the Workhouse of the right age to be her
siblings, but no William or Martha. Incidentally, Sarah was not born in
Middlesex.
