There is a free 'Person Search' facility on www.b4usearch.com. You just need to know the name and the town, county, or area where they live. It utilises electoral rolls and telephone directories. However, there's a slight hitch at the moment! Although searches will show people with the name you are searching, and others on the electoral role at the same address, it doesn't currently show the actual address - the reason they give for this is that they are currently updating their system with the latest electoral rolls.
