Have you tried the London Gazette?
Many deed polls were announced there
A little googling gives the surprising information that there is no central
register of deed polls, only those enrolled would have a public announcement
and those should be in the London or Belfast Gazette from 1914
If you already know about her life, the deed poll is not likely to add to
