Looking for 1861 census with

Frederick Prince Bower born 1852 Jul - Sept Quarter, Whitechaple, London

In 1871 he is Mile End New Town, 10 Pelham St. Occupation Carpet Weaver, as
lodger.

I have found 1861 Frederick Bower born 1854 Grandson born Haggerstone, but I
belive this to be different Frederick. Think this is the one born
Shoreditch 1853.

Any help finding my Frederick would be appreciated.
