Some databases are only available in the library but it appears to be
Ancestry (Library Edition) and one or two others, not the newspaper
databases.
Not all libraries have the 19th century newspaper database. It
depends on what subscriptions they've bought a licence for. I've only
found 11 county libraries in the whole of England, exc the various
London Boroughs, that do have it.
Remember you can click on the thumbnails to see the context of your
search term and that some of the newspaper quotes came from the London
Gazette which is free to access which means you can make economical
use of your 24hr or 7 day pass.
