Thank you very much for that but I still have the 1841 Census
HO107/0702/1/~F26 copy of the original is hard to read but a print out from
The Genealogist reads Henry Coles 40 Ironmonger, born in county (wrong- he
was bap. 1797 in Mells, Somerset) 5 Deans Buldgs, Poplar, Middlesex. At the
top of the page of the original is the address Castle Court, Penny Fields.
If you could find either of these addresses I would be very grateful.
Were Deans employers, owners of a number of properties or something else?
