The chances of finding someone else researching the name this way is
unfortunately minimal

There are enough hits for STOBBS in London in the census etc for them not to
all belong to the same family

There are 150 posts in the Rootsweb Archives for STOBBS London, have you
checked there yet?

If you can post a specific question on your STOBBS perhaps someone can help
further your research

Do give names, dates and places, London is a big place and its been there
quite a time <g>
