Hello.

Wondering if anyone can work out why a widow with two young daughters
doesn't show up on the 1901 census. On the 1891 census she was still a
widow.

Emily SMITH b1847 Chelmsford. Married Thomas BUSH who died, she then married
William Erasmus HUNT in 1880. He commited suicide in 1889. There were the
following children all born in Poplar, Middlesex..

William b1873 [Married 1897 - BENNETT] [my grandfather].
Emily Patience c1877. [Married 1896 - COLLIS].
Elizabeth. c1879.
Rosina. c1883.
Lilian. c1887.

I would think both Rosina and Lilian would still be with their mother Emily
and should show up on the 1901 census but I can't find them.

Any direction would be very appreciated.

Kind regards.
Barbara.
