Andy,
The only register I can see with the dates you quote (1872-1887) is for
children chargeable to Woolwich. Is that the one you're searching? Maybe
your children were chargeable to Greenwich rather than Woolwich?
Unless I'm missing something, Ancestry has no poor law records at all
for Bermondsey or Camberwell (other than those in the births/deaths
database). The ones in the Poor Law database that are labelled
"Southwark" are only from the Southwark Board of Guardians (SOBG), which
doesn't cover Bermondsey or Camberwell at these dates. Does that make
sense?

I'm searching for two lots of cousins on the above register. They're all
at the school in the 1881 census but I can't find them in the registers
on Ancestry which are supposed to go from 1872 to 1887.
Arthur, Richard Walters, & Walter Henry NOBLE, born 1869, 1870, and
1873, in Camberwell and Bermondsey.
Alfred Richard Lewis & Albert Edward HEDGCOCK, born 1869 & 1874, in
Greenwich.
Am I missing something?
