Subject: [LON] London Freedom of the City Papers - Question

When going through these records on Ancestry.com looking for my Jonah or
Jacob SMITH, I was fortunate enough to find Jonah's record and it does say
he is the son of Jacob SMITH, a ropemaker.
Why does the document itself have the date of 1st April 1807 while Ancestry
shows it to be
Mar-Oct 1814? Are they giving the approximate time the apprenticeship
would have finished?
Or???
