If you have a complaint or other comments that you feel cannot be dealt with
by the staff at our Hanwell office then you should contact the client
officer for Cemeteries whose contact information is on our contact page or
the cemeteries team . We are always happy to discuss your needs and
requirements or any comments you may have on the service you receive.

Readers may recall that I posted a request to locate a London grave, at
the end of last year. I had several helpful replies for which I am most
grateful, but all to no avail as I've had no success at all to date,
hence this request now.
I've contacted more than sixteen London cemeteries, also the two
London/Middlesex family history societies, however one of the main
stumbling blocks is the City of Westminster's cemetery in Broadway,
Ealing. I have sent several emails without getting a reply, and have
even tried telephoning from here - each time I get a recorded message
although it's during their normal working hours.
So, I was wondering and hoping that some kind soul who lives nearby
could call in to the cemetery office for me and ask to do a search of
their records?
The names in question are HYMETTE and WEEDE, with interments between
1878 and 1893 or, indeed, any other records of these two names.
(By the way, the other cemetery just about opposite on Broadway
[Kensington & Chelsea], replied straight away to my query).
Any help will be very much appreciated.
