All I can see is a lack of evidence
Re Aust
Is that his death in 1841? Also application for
pub licence in 1841
And I assume son's death in 1910

Looking further for the 1807 in St George
I see nothing like a burial for him

In 1851 census there are a couple of Henry around
that age - but wrong place born
abt 1808Ealing, Middlesex, England
abt 1810Uxbridge, Middlesex, England

So perhaps he came to Aust... I have two cousins
who simply appeared in NSW by 1860s - appearing to
go as young teenagers c1857 - perhaps they worked
their way on a ship .

Do you have data on your Henry's age place born
parents etc at any time

I searched with M?ss?r and looking for baptisms
around 1810s

Henry MasserBaptism9 Mar 1806St Nicholas,
Deptford, KentWm Masser,
Ann Masser
and this looks like him
Henry MesserBurial11 Aug 1811St Nicholas,

and these two I have not looked any further for
Henry Messer25 Jan 1804St Nicholas, Cranleigh
Jas Messer,
