The jargon is "spammers" and they are from E-Mail Hell - people who send
unauthorized E-Mail or otherwise abuse E-Mail systems. Junk E-Mail is an
example of stuff you get from a spammer. I believe that is what Shari was
referring to - someone invaded the server that houses this list and "stole"
lists of E-Mail addresses to use for junk mail purposes. Hope this explains
this sometimes confusing world of cyberspace.
