RE: Mr. Dryden's Old Holland Burying Ground he so kindly submitted.

First, let me say how much those of us not fortunate enough to be in MD
appreciate postings like this. This Holland burying ground contains family of
my great grandfather, Nehemiah Holland, a son of Dr. Peter and Anne(Jones)
Holland.
I belive Major Guy Holland to be the grandson of Dr. Peter Holland died 1827,
Anne Holland nee Jones died 1843. Dr. Peter and Anne Jones married in 1808.
Major Guy is listed in Anne's will, thus he cannot have been born in 1846,
possibly born 1836.

Note: Peter Holland, MD and Anne buried at Stockton, Gunby United Presbyterian
Church Cemetery, according to Willis Clayton Tull's list of that cemetery.

Please, anyone on the list with knowledge of Holland and Jones lines:
Dr. Peter was 4th generation Eastern Shore native and I suspect Anne was as
well. Comments and suggestions always welcome and responded to. Thank
you in advance. Tom in Texas
