Levin COLLINS (1784 DE/MD; 1820-1854 GA; 1855 TX)

Does anyone know anything about the following Levin COLLINS, such as birth
date, wife, children? I am trying to connect our Levin Collins with parents in
Sussex Co., DE and thought perhaps the one mentioned below might be the one.

Source: History of Delaware, Vol. I by Thomas--
On an 1816 tax list for Little Creek Hundred, DE was “Levin COLLINS, saw mill
and grist mill and nine hundred acres.” The saw and grist mills were located
on Tusseky [sic] Branch; these mills later were in the possession of James
Phillips and Jacob Adams about 1825. (pp. 1318-1319)

1785 Tax Assessment for Little Creek Hundred lists a Jonah COLLINS, John
COLLINS, Joseph COLLINS and Benjamin COLLINS. Does anyone know if these men
had a son named Levin, born in 1784? (p. 1317)
On page 1287-1288, the Broad Creek Hundred Tax Assessment for 1785 lists a
John COLLINS, with CALLOWAYS (Callaways) and GORDYS. These same names are in
Burke and Troup Co., Georgia with our Levin COLLINS. Also, on page 1292,
Bull’s Mills is mentioned as the oldest of any mills in the Broad Creek
Hundred. These were build by a Joseph COLLINS prior to 1760; his son John
COLLINS sold these to his son Joseph S.COLLINS in 1786. Again, does anyone
know anything about these COLLINS and if there is a son named Levin, b. 1784.
Our Levin named his sons Isaac P., John G., Seaborn K. and Henry W., if that
should help.

There are so many Levin Collins of the same time period, but so far none that
I’ve found were born in 1784 in DE/MD. Any ideas or leads would be appreciated!
Thanks!
