Hi all
I am researching the Stevens name and they are common as rocks. I
always tell others to remember that these folks rarely travel alone
because there was "safety in numbers"
If they did not travel with family then they traveled with a church
group etc.
When trying to identify a Stevens group I am more concerned with who
they married into or who there neighbors are then where they are. My
Stevens were sailors and traveled constantly, however they rarely stayed
in one place very long with out bring along family.
