I have been told that the AYDELOTT name abounds in Delaware. Does
anyone have a connection to Henry SMITH married to Nancy AYDELOTT in
their line? They produced a son, Henry Aydelott SMITH, born in Sussex
Co., DE in 1800. He married Elizabeth HINKLE in Hamilton Co., Ohio in
1820. I know nothing about Henry SMITH and know only that the Aydelotts
were French Huguenots. Could someone tell me the correct pronunciation
of the Aydelott name? Does anyone know about the Aydelott Newsletters,
