Joyce and others,
Don't forget there is ALOT of Cropper information at www.ocmuseum.org -- the
Ocean City MD museum site. I never followed that information to the late
1700s though. One of the early Croppers (John, I think) had quite a history,
leaving first wife, etc. One record (somewhere) shows the gentleman in
question to be a grandfather of one of my Fassitts/Fawcetts, but I don't see
how he could have fit that into his busy schedule.
