Hello,
It's been a while since I posted this so here it goes again. I am
looking for any information on my Holstein/Holston/Holsten family in
Delaware. I think the family was part of the Swedish immigration of Holsteins
in the early 1600s. My 3rd greatgrandfather, Lemuel Holston, was born about
1814 in the Milford, Delaware area. His mother was Abigail; I would like to
prove that his father was Elisha Holstein. Lemuel moved to NYC in the 1830s
and then on to NJ where he died in 1897.
Any information about this family will be greatly appreciated.
