Hi Frank:
I made a typo: 1742 not 1762. There are judicial records for Worcester County, which are court records. The originals are in Annapolis and, to my knowledge, have not been microfilmed. Having them filmed is on the Nabb Research Center's "wish list" of acquisitions. In my personal research, I have made my best finds in judicial records.

Unfortunately I'm finding slim pickins in researching
families that don't show up in land records in that time period.
I've also exhausted probate records. Does anyone know if there
are _any_ other record types available for Worcester Co MD from
the 1740s through 1770s? Perhaps court records? Indenture
contracts?
Thanks much,
Frank O'Donnell
