I have a partial copy of Frank's document.
Unfortunately, there is no source or direction on how
Frank drew his conclusion. Don McIlvain of Delaware
also has a similar quote. I believe Ordway may have
also used Frank's document. The document is available
throught the LDS Family Center.
Family history backs up the Ireland story. My great
grandfather is remembered as saying the family came
from Ireland. I'm hoping to derive more conclusive
evidence for the claim and leap of faith from the US
to Ireland to Scotland.
Thanks for the reply.
