Hi Folks,
This is a bit tardy but I recall earlier in the week there was possibly a doubt as to the parentage of Elizabeth Whittington. A deed dated 17 July 1692 clears this up once and for all. Andrew Whittington of Manokin deeded to daughter Elizabeth Whittington 200 acres of Downes Lott in Manokin, being part of 2800 acres formerly belonging to Randall Revell; this deed grants to said Elizabeth Whittington alias Fausett and to her husband William Faucett 200 acres.
