I think Wicomico and Pocomoke were west, in what is now Wicomico Co. (which
wasn't created until the 1800s).

Buckingham would be a bit inland from the south end of Sinepuxent Neck if
it refers to the Buckingham Church vicinity and Worcester might well be
along the coast.

Queponco would be I think south of that.

I can try looking at some old maps I have for more specifics. This is just
off the top of my head.
