The Laurel Librarian mentioned at lunch Thursday that there was
a display of photographs from about 1900 or so including shots of
the town and people, etc. The neat thing about these photos were
that they are from glass negatives and she thought they had not be
printed before. May be worth investigating if
you have ancestors from Laurel.
