Subject: [LDR] Islands
> In response to Dave Kearney, the eastern side of the Cheasapeake Bay is
littered with islands; some totally surrounded by water and some still
attached to the mainland by marsh. Just to name a few:
> Elliott's Island (near where I grew up at Lewis Wharf)
> Hooper's Island
> Taylor's Island
> Bloodsworth Island
> Deal Island
> Janes Island
> Tilghman Island
> South Marsh Island
> Kent Island
> Tangier Island (VA)
> Barren Island
> Sharps Island
> and these are just the bigger ones! There are hundreds of little ones.
