Benjamin ELLINGSWORTH died in 1861 in the neighborhood
of Dagsboro, Sussex Co., Del. Leaving no Will, an inventory
and an appraisement were conducted of his goods and chattels.
These were sold on Dec. 30, 1861 and the names of the buyers
were made part of the probate record. Those names are familiar
to some on this List and are as follows:
