These are in printed form and can be found at large libraries -
especially those specializing in genealogy. Each volume covers a year
and has sections for each state, but since there are sometimes more than
one conference per state, you have to search thoroughly.

These give lots of information such as where a minister was assigned,
what committees he served on, and sometimes lists of people's
contributions from various churches, so you can find family groups.
