I don't know how you paid for this subscription but if it was
by credit card, you can write your credit card company -- not
paypal and tell them you dispute this charge and send them
a copy of the email and tell them you were never allowed to
log on nor access this "trial version" you do not want a
subscription and you are not liable for the charge. They
can then credit your account and debit the account of the
merchant.
