Charles Hall I's widow, Alice/Ales' will of 1717 was witnessed by John Tull.
Charles Hall II named Richard Warters/Waters as a trustee and overseer for
his estate. And I believe the wife of Charles Hall III was Ester Tull, d/o
John & Ester Costen Hall and she m. 2nd Thomas Tull s/o Richard & Elizabeth
Turpin Tull.

So the relationship continues with these families for generations.
Unfortunately, I've no clue of the original family relationship(s).

Thomas Tull (prob. 1720) was transported to Northampton County by John Elsey,
November 3, 1660. He patented land there in 1664. He migrated to Somerset
Co., MD by February 13, 1665, when he registered his cattle mark. (Woodrow T.
Wilson, 34 Families of Somerset, p. 272). In his will, he left son Thomas 500
lb tobacco, John 50 acres of marsh being part of 200 acres called "winter
Range" next to Moons Bay, to William, son of Ambrose, 150 acres of land
called "Winter Range,"
.....Ann was Thomas Tull's wife at the time of his death and he named her
son, William Cox.
