I missed the episode with the Patty Cannon house as it showed earlier here in Ohio, although I did see the next episode and was ...disappointed with the investigators. However My grandmothers cousin was born and raised in the Patty Cannon house and it does indeed still stand. Clara Grace Smith daughter of Mary Katherine Wheatley and Albert Smith. she was born 5/4/1922 and died without issue nor never married. There's no mention of her ever saying the house was haunted.
