Hi, Charles,

The Church of Latter Day Saints has a microfilm entitled, "Stepany Parish,
Somerset County, Maryland, register and vestry proceedings, 1703-1890." I
have
no idea of how close the nearest repository is to you.

The URL of the LDS is http://www,familysearch.org. Follow the trail to the
microfilm collection.

Curiously, I ran across this while searching for the records of Coventry
Parish, also in Somerset County.
