No connection to the seller. Just noticed these.

BELL FAMILY PAPERS

This lot includes 3 papers. A 1888 Mortgage, handwritten for property in
Worcester County Maryland. Signed by Henry and Lillie Bell, and later
(1896) by an Emory Bell. Witnessed by John Staton and William Pitts. The
mortgage has been folded into fourths and there is some tearing along these
folds. There is a Statement of Receipt 1917, to Mary E. Bell. As well as a
Mary E. Bell billhead, Princess Anne, Md. 1917, signed by Mary Bell. The
last two pages have folds and expected soiling, but are in overall good
condition. Buyer to pay 1.25 first class s/h within the US only-Others will
