Hi:

Would anyone having access to birth records in Baltimore be willing to
look
up the parents of Hezekiah Niles born in October 1888 (according to the
1900 census).
He is listed as grandson with Rodney C Niles (head) and Margaret F
(wife). I believe
there is a book out called "Baltimore City birth records 1865-1894" by
Mary K. Meyer, but
I haven't been able to find it. I also cannot locate a microfilm at the
FHC.
