I searched my Hudson database and found three Samuel's. Unfortunately none
of them seems to fit your ancestor. However there are many books and online
sources so perhaps you will have luck in determining which is yours. Are
you a member of the Hudson Association? You might also search the archives
of the Hudson mail list.
