Yes. It was resurveyed into the 606 acre ATKINSONS CONCLUSION, patented on
11 Nov 1791 for James Atkinson, which consisted of:
137 ac of CHOICE (01 Jun 1687, John Osborne [Osben], 1200 ac)
and
COLCHESTER (10 Nov 1695, Peter Waples, 150 ac, found = 143) less 83 acres by
the above CHOICE
and
[a different tract[ CHOICE (20 Sep 1761, James Atkinson, 242 ac, found =
281), less 23 by CHOICE above, less 40 by COLCHESTER
and
three new vacancies (previously unoccupied land: 130 + 42 + 19 (= 191 ac).
The takeaways (less x acres by) mean that the later survey mentioned was
found to have been overlaid by its surveyor on the older tract, first survey
winning all ties.
