If there is someone out there that has access to land records for Delaware/
Maryland in 1715 could you please look up something for me? I am trying to
locate where in Baltimore Hundred in now Sussex County would have been "Hogg
Quarter" It was "acquired by proprietary warrant and survay" in 1715 by John
Bennett and mentions his son William Bennett and was 200 acres. Also what is
meant by "proprietary warrent and survay"?

I am trying to find where this is and who might have been the next owner.
