Yes, Bruce, this is the out-of-the-box escape from the net that's befuddled
me in several cases. Mom, in her declining years, went to Iowa to live with
daughter Maude. I have no wiser recommendations locally than you've already
thought of or been advised otherwise on. Unless there's any sort of annual tax
list on which she might appear as "femme sole", she could well have just
disappeared from the documentary radar.
